If you cancel your appointment at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your appointment qualify for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
After two no-shows, future bookings may require a prepayment to secure your appointment.
If you are not satisfied with your haircut or grooming service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We will offer a free correction or re-style if there is a service-related issue. Refunds for services that have been completed are generally not offered unless a significant error occurred.
Haircare and grooming products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days if they are unused and unopened.
Opened or used products are non-refundable unless defective.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it may be shortened or canceled depending on our schedule.
Late arrivals may not be eligible for a refund.
